Role Description:
We are seeking a SAP Consultant with experience in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and/or Transportation Management (TM) modules to support a key Supply Chain implementation project for Accenture’s end client, Freeport. The project is based on SAP S/4HANA, with a go-live completed in February and subsequent rollout of new Supply Chain functionalities.
This is a remote support role open exclusively to candidates based in Colombia, as the engagement is structured for long-term continuity in that region. The consultant will provide post-go-live support, help manage enhancements, and collaborate with internal teams for ongoing improvements and knowledge sharing across modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP EWM and/or TM modules within an S/4HANA environment.
- Troubleshoot issues, handle incident tickets, and ensure resolution according to SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with Accenture’s internal teams and the client's key users.
- Support ongoing enhancement requests, testing, and documentation.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to understand dependencies between modules (MM, SCM, TPM).
- Learn and cross-skill between EWM and TM (must already be experienced in at least one).
- Ensure seamless system usage post-go-live for warehouse and transportation operations.
- Communicate effectively in English, both in meetings and written documentation.
Required Skills:
- +2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically in EWM or TM modules.
- Experience with support and enhancement activities.
- Strong communication skills in English (Advanced level required).
- Willingness to learn the other module (EWM or TM) as needed.
- Located in Colombia and available to work full-time remotely.
