Job Title: Business Analyst & Quality Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst & Quality Manager to lead requirements gathering, process improvements, and quality management across key projects. This hybrid role will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring that deliverables meet high quality standards and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and challenges.
Translate business needs into actionable insights for development and implementation teams.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user observations to extract requirements.
Support change management efforts by ensuring clear communication of project goals and deliverables.
Quality Management:
Define and implement QA processes and standards aligned with project goals.
Lead quality assurance efforts including test planning, UAT coordination, and defect management.
Ensure deliverables meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Develop metrics to assess quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct audits, reviews, and root cause analyses to maintain continuous improvement.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, product owners, and PMOs.
Train team members on best practices in requirements engineering and QA methodologies.
Report progress and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Quality Manager, or related role.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM).
Familiarity with business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Certification in CBAP, ISTQB, Six Sigma, or similar is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to data analysis tools or BI platforms.
Experience in writing SOPs, test scripts, and compliance documentation.
