Job Title: Change Manager (AI-Powered Commercial Tool)
Location: Remote (EU time zone preferred)
About the Role
Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation, putting AI at the heart of its commercial strategy. To support this, we’ve created a fast-moving team focused on delivering AI solutions quickly and responsibly.
As Change Manager, you’ll help launch the program, our new AI-based commercial enablement tool. You’ll focus on making sure the tool is successfully adopted by commercial teams. This means managing communications, training, user support, and feedback to help teams embrace and use the tool effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Change Management: Carry out change plans created by the AI Change Lead.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with developers, commercial teams, and users to ensure smooth implementation.
- Communication & Training: Create simple, clear materials (emails, guides, videos, etc.) to inform and train users.
- Training Sessions: Organize and lead training workshops and support activities.
- User Support: Act as the main contact for user questions, offering fast and helpful responses.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from users and pass it to the development team for updates.
- Adoption Tracking: Monitor user adoption and report progress to the project team.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or similar. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, commercial operations, or digital transformation.
- Experience supporting the launch or adoption of digital tools, ideally with AI.
