Continuous Improvement Engineer.
The idea is to have a contractor in house to help us map our processes and help us improve efficiency in our lab testing process, working with Jason and lab technicians.
We have a specific challenge to reduce the setting up test for us units before starting testing.
The contract will be around 6 months.
Location for this role: Plymouth Office,MN
Main tools this person will be utilizing:Â
Basically he need to know Lean tools (waste elimination)
Process Mapping (Value Stream Mapping),
Root cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram)
Top 3 must-have skills we are looking for:
Data Analysis & Statistical Thinking (He need to do hypothesis testing, Before/After change)
Communication & Collaboration (Working with lab technicians, lab managers, and engineering teams to implement changes)
Documentation (Document and improve lab procedures)
Change Management (Ability to lead and sustain improvements in a regulated, often resistant environment)
