– Experiencia con integracion de servicios de telefonia en CCAI (CCaas)

– Diseño, desarrollo e implementacion de Chatbots con Generative AI

– Conocimiento de Dialogflow para el desarrollo de herramientas conversacionales.

– Python

Skills:

Experience leading and managing integration projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

A track record of successfully delivering integration projects on time and to a high standard of quality.

A thorough understanding of CAI architecture principles, components, and best practices. Ability to translate business requirements into CAI architecture specifications.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience coding in Python, Scala, Java, Go, or similar

Highly skilled Conversational AI Telephony Integration Architect to design, develop, and implement telephony integrations between Google's CAI conversational.AI solutions and customer contact center solutions, as well as other chatbots and voicebots.

Conversational AI Telephony Integration Architect, will work closely with the customers to understand their business requirements and develop integration plans that meet those requirements. 

You will provide technical guidance to Google Cloud Platform's to support their adoption of Conversational AI (CAI) solution.

You will design the overall solution architecture for each customer’s CAI deployment. This will include recommendations for key integrations for telephony platforms.

You will co-develop virtual agent solutions with Google partners, including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), SaaS vendors and System Integrators (SIs).
