The Digital Process Excellence Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic process improvement initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions. This role requires deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to change management. You will lead mapping sessions, process redesign workshops, and optimization initiatives with a focus on sustainable results and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital and operational excellence projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology
- Facilitate process mapping, including SIPOC and value stream mapping, to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct business process analysis to streamline workflows and reduce inefficiencies
- Drive independent improvement initiatives across departments with minimal oversight
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Develop and maintain process documentation using tools such as EPC, Visio, or Lucidchart
- Support the digitization of processes by identifying automation and data tracking opportunities
- Track performance metrics and provide insight into ROI and change effectiveness
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Lean principles and digital process innovation
