About the Role:
This role sits within the Growth Product Marketing team at Coinbase, focused on driving clarity on marketing performance and business impact through data. You will play a key role cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Investor Relations, and Performance Marketing channel owners to track revenue, spend, analyze pacing and forecast to understand how we’re trending quarter over quarter. In this role, your analysis will connect marketing inputs to outcomes that inform current and future strategy.
Job Description:
- Track and analyze marketing spend, revenue contribution, and pacing across quarters
- Build dashboards and reports to surface trends and ROI
- Partner with Finance and Investor Relations to support inquiries and analysis
- Use SQL and spreadsheets to extract, manipulate and interpret complex datasets
- Own quarterly planning, QBRs, and monthly executive updates
- Serve as the primary contact for ad-hoc analysis and performance updates
- Identify opportunities and optimize processes to improve organizational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing
- Proven experience in data analysis, Google sheets, SQL, and building dashboards
- Ability to communicate data insights into business logic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
