Mission
We are seeking a D365 CRM technico-functional consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and deployment of D365 CRM system across various entities.Â
Your primary focus will be to ensure system functionality, performance, and user satisfaction by acting as the technical and functional reference point for all entities Dynamics administrators.Â
You will play a important role in driving system improvements, integrating business applications, and implementing best practices.
System Maintenance and Optimization:
– Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
– Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and performance optimization.
Configuration and Customization:
– Customize and configure CRM to align with evolving business requirements.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system needs for customizations and enhancements.
Integration Management:
– Implement and maintain integrations between CRM instances and other group business applications.
– Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across interconnected systems.
End-User Support and Training:
– Provide support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to CRM.
– Develop and deliver technical training sessions to improve Brand CRM administrators' proficiency and effective use of CRM Dynamics features.
Best practices Implementation:
Define, develop, and enforce best practices for the effective administration and management of instances.
Documentation:
– Develop standard operating procedures and guidelines for system maintenance and administration.
– Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and deployment
processes.
Testing:
Participate in testing and validation of system updates and customizations.
Stay Informed on D365 CRM Updates:
– Keep up-to-date with the latest CRM features, updates, and industry trends.
– Assess the impact of system updates and proactively adapt configurations to leverage new capabilities.
Technical skills / Competences:
– Experience in implementing D365 CRM projects (online)
– Good experience in the main CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
– Knowledge of related architectures and infrastructures
– Advanced experience in Business Analysis, including workshop management, requirements gathering, drafting of functional and technical specifications; ability to coordinate project participants a big plus
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.Â
Qualifications :
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or system administration on D365 CRM Platform.
– Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German or French) are a plus.
