On behalf of our client we are currently looking for an Oracle HCM Configurator with proven experience in the Oracle HCM solution.
Main responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the AMS team in the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules (e.g. Core HR, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Succession, Compensation)
-Participate in the collection of requirements with HR referents and propose appropriate technical solutions on the Oracle HCM platform
-Self-manage minor change requests (CR) that do not require technical development
-Support the HR team in testing and validation of implemented configurations
-Document the processes and workflows configured
-Manage and resolve second level tickets related to Oracle HCM
-English language effectively, both written and spoken
Preferential requirements
Previous experience on SAP HCM systems
