Manager – Oracle
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Process Owner to lead the implementation and optimization of our ERP merchandising project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain processes, strong project management skills, and a proven track record in ERP implementations. This role is crucial for ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Process Ownership:
· Own and manage the end-to-end supply chain processes, including but not limited to inventory management, replenishment and allocation management.
· Experience using Oracle Retail.
· Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
· Ensure that all supply chain processes are compliant with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Project Management:
· Lead the project team in the implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations, etc.).
· Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Process Improvement:
· Continuously analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Identify and implement best practices and industry standards in supply chain management.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and drive process improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers.
· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.
· Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
Qualifications
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
· Experience:
· 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on ERP implementations, preferably using Oracle Retail.
· Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
· Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, distribution, and logistics.
Skills:
· Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
· Knowledge of Oracle Retail and other ERP systems is highly desirable.
Certifications:
· Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) and project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
