Description:
We are looking for a SAP ABAP Consultant with solid experience in the SAP HR (HCM) module to join a deployment project team on a temporary basis until the end of the year. This role offers a high degree of flexibility, with limited on-site presence in Paris required (2 to 5 days per year for onboarding or key meetings).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance ABAP programs related to the SAP HR module (PA, OM, PY, Time Management, etc.).
- Support the deployment and roll-out of SAP HR functionalities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, and post-deployment support.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with a focus on HR (HCM).
- Good understanding of HR business processes and integration points.
- Previous experience in SAP implementation or deployment projects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within international teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Flexibility to travel to Paris occasionally (2–5 days/year).
