Description:
- Providing remote support with Mexican localization expertise
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in SAP HCM modules – Organization, Personnel, Payroll, Time, Recruitment in the role of senior consultant / solution architect.
- At least 5 E2E Implementations in the above modules
- Experience migration to S/4 HANA is a must
- Very good understanding in SuccessFactors: Employee central (Master Data & Onboarding), LMS & Smart recruiters: Recruiting
- Strong local HR process knowhow especially Germany, Mexico, Brazil and Czech Repuplic
- Communication and leadership skills
- Interpersonal skill to manage the AMS provider and also coordinating with continental business
