Project Overview:

The Program is a global SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementation for a leading client in the chemical industry. The program involves full-cycle SAP implementation, including finance, controlling, logistics, and other functional areas. 

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Process Control Consultant to support the design, build, and deployment of internal controls within the SAP GRC Process Control module. The consultant will be responsible for defining and implementing automated and manual controls across various business processes in a multi-country, multi-company code environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and build of SAP Process Controls, covering risk assessment, control design, monitoring, and reporting.

• Work across all project phases: design, build, test, deploy, and stabilization.
• Collaborate with Business SMEs and Project Teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Design and implement controls covering multiple business process streams, including but not limited to:
  • Record to Report (R2R)
  • Source to Pay (S2P)
  • Lead to Cash (L2C)
  • Plan to Fulfil (P2F)
  • Idea to Market (I2M)
  • Acquire to Decommission (A2D)
  • Safety to Sustainability (S2S)
  • Hire to Retire (H2R)
  • Budget to Forecast (B2F)
• Develop and deploy automation for control testing and monitoring where applicable.
• Ensure alignment with Risk & Assurance Management (RAM) frameworks.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Operate effectively in a fully remote, multicultural, and global team environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 6+ years of functional experience with SAP Process Control.

• Proven expertise in both designing and building SAP Process Controls solutions.
• Participation in at least 1 full lifecycle SAP Process Control project, with strong involvement in design, build, test, and deployment phases.
• Experience in large, complex, global projects covering 15+ countries and 50+ company codes.
• Practical experience with RAM (Risk & Assurance Management) functionality.
• Strong collaboration skills with both Business SMEs and technical project teams.
• Ability to drive project deliverables independently in a remote project setup.

Ideal Qualifications:

Broad exposure to multiple SAP process streams (R2R, S2P, L2C, P2F, I2M, A2D, S2S, H2R, B2F).

• Demonstrated experience in designing automation for the management and review of controls.
• SAP GRC certifications or related risk management qualifications are a plus.
