- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules based on client requirements.
- Set up learning items, programs, curricula, and certification paths.
- Integrate LMS with other SuccessFactors modules (like Employee Central) and external systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather learning and training requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Handle integration with third-party content providers (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, etc.).
- Support single sign-on (SSO), SCORM/AICC content compatibility, and SAP Jam integration.
- Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create and execute test cases to ensure system reliability and compliance.
- Train end-users and administrators on how to use the SAP LMS platform.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Design and configure standard and custom reports/dashboards.
- Monitor compliance and learning performance metrics.
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and user guides.
- Recommend and implement system enhancements or process improvements.
- Stay updated with SAP LMS releases and roadmap features.
