Key Responsibilities
- SuccessFactors Recruiting (both Marketing and Management) and Onboarding
- Support Ticketing End-to-End Case Management: Oversee the entire process from case intake to resolution, prioritizing and managing escalations for Dedicated Partners/Distributors, ensuring timely and effective solutions to user issues
- Evolution Management: Evaluate and implement change requests, collaborating with IT HR Functional Support to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with technical requirements.
- Project Management: Engage in SuccessFactors projects, focusing on the design and implementation phases to ensure successful delivery within defined scope and timelines.
- Agile Methodology: Utilize agile methodologies, including user story creation, to plan and implement changes effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user stories are well-defined and prioritized.
- Release Management: Coordinate monthly releases, defining the budget of days or points required for implementation. Ensure releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with functional support teams to prioritize the backlog based on legal changes, corrective maintenance, interface modifications, and evolutions.
- Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere by partnering closely with IT HR stakeholders to comprehend their needs and deliver tailored solutions that propel business success
