- Conduct workshops with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing teams.
- Understand employer branding goals, job advertising strategy, and candidate journey.
- Identify multi-language needs, mobile optimization, and integration requirements.
- Design and configure career site layout and structure, including:
- Homepage banners, image carousels, and branding elements
- Job search filters, location maps, and job category landing pages
- Responsive design for mobile and tablet support
- Customize dynamic content blocks and widgets (e.g., events, testimonials, blogs).
- Implement SEO best practices for job visibility (meta tags, sitemap, etc.).
- Configure Real-Time Job Sync (RTJS) to publish RCM jobs automatically to the RMK career site.
- Set up Data Center integration (SSO, shared cookies, candidate data sync).
- Map fields between RCM job requisitions and RMK job templates.
- Enable Candidate Account Creation, Talent Communities, and job alerts.
- Implement lead capture forms for passive candidates.
- Set up social sharing widgets and email job referral features.
- Create and manage email campaigns using Recruiting Campaign Builder.
- Segment candidates into audiences based on behavior or demographics.
- Use analytics to track campaign engagement, apply clicks, and conversions.
- Configure localized content for different regions/languages.
- Maintain consistency of branding while tailoring messages per country.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Use Career Site Click Analytics and RMK Dashboard to track:
- Page views, click-throughs, and application rates
- Source of hire and source tracking (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Google)
- Work with SAP Provisioning team for RMK Enablement.
- Configure SSO for seamless candidate login.
- Ensure cookie and privacy compliance via banners and consent settings.
- Collaborate with development teams for custom widgets or integrations (e.g., chatbots, CRMs).
