Senior SAP HCM German Payroll

Duration: 6-12 months + extension

Location: remote in EMEA

Language: English & German

Must-Haves:

Strong understanding of German local payroll compliance, local laws and regulations/scenarios within SAP ECC and configuration. Weekly payroll, real-time reporting, and the impact on other system dependencies. 

Hands-on configuration experience within ECC and Payroll. 

Sharp business-facing skills and ability to work closely with the internal customer and external vendors.

5+ years of experience in SAP HCM German Payroll

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Technical understanding and basic configuration skills

In-depth knowledge of HR systems and software, especially in:

Organizational management

Personnel administration

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Local language capabilities
