Project Scope:
We are seeking a Senior SAP ECP Consultant based in Australia with deep expertise in Australian Payroll implementation to lead the rollout of the SAP Employee Central Payroll module for the Australian subsidiary of a Spanish multinational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP ECP for Australian Payroll in a greenfield rollout.
- Adapt and reuse existing global templates and configurations (data migration templates, PTP integration, roles, authorizations).
- Ensure compliance with Australian legal payroll requirements using standard SAP functionalities (no custom developments).
- Collaborate with global teams to align the local rollout with the group’s global SAP architecture.
- Ensure project execution meets the Go-Live timeline set for October.
Project Details:
- Greenfield implementation for a newly onboarded Australian entity.
- Approx. 200 employees in scope.
- SAP Payroll is already live in the parent company (Spain); this project extends it to Australia.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong functional knowledge of Australian Payroll.
- Prior experience in greenfield implementations and global rollouts.
- Ability to work independently and lead project streams.
- Based in Australia with knowledge of local payroll compliance.
