About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled SuccessFactors Project Manager with a strong consulting background to lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of SAP SuccessFactors modules for enterprise clients. This role requires excellent client-facing skills, project leadership experience, and deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, especially in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SuccessFactors project implementations across modules such as PMGM, Employee Central, Recruiting, or LMS.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and ensure alignment with system design.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic input to clients and ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in a Project Manager role.
  • Background in consulting, preferably with top-tier or specialist SAP/HR tech consultancies.
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (especially PMGM, EC, or Recruiting).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
  • SuccessFactors certifications preferred.
