We are seeking a highly skilled Team Member with 6 to 10 years of experience in Identity Creation – AD and Active Directory Admin. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with a preference for those with domain experience in Drilling and Development. This hybrid role requires fluency in Spanish as a native speaker and operates during the day shift. No travel is required.
IMPORTANT: Consultant will be focused in the coordination and management of part of the team in terms of tasks, priorities, reporting to client, leading the daily meetings etc.
– Technical skills: – Manage and maintain Active Directory environments to ensure optimal performance and security. – Oversee the creation and management of user identities within Active Directory. – Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Active Directory-related issues. – Implement and enforce security policies and procedures related to identity management. – Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Active Directory with other systems. – Conduct regular audits of Active Directory to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. – Develop and maintain documentation for Active Directory configurations and procedures. – Assist in the planning and execution of Active Directory migrations and upgrades. – Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements. – Provide training and support to end-users on Active Directory-related topics. – Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in identity management and Active Directory. – Contribute to the development of strategies for improving identity management processes. – Ensure that all identity management activities align with the companies goals and objectives. -Qualifications – Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity Creation – AD and Active Directory Admin. – Demonstrate strong technical skills in managing and maintaining Active Directory environments. – Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. – Show proficiency in implementing and enforcing security policies related to identity management. – Have experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards. – Display strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other IT teams. – Possess excellent documentation and communication skills. – Demonstrate the ability to plan and execute migrations and upgrades. – Show a proactive approach to monitoring and improving system performance. – Provide effective training and support to end-users. – Stay informed about the latest trends in identity management. – Contribute to strategic planning for identity management improvements.
