Project Overview
This project supports the workplace IT infrastructure as part of an integration and standardization initiative. Over a 12-month period, two on-site technicians will assist in onboarding and aligning four newly acquired companies with IT environment, ensuring all user devices and systems adhere to group-wide technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support across UK locations for daily IT operations related to user devices and workplace infrastructure.
- Assist with the migration and standardization of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices following guidelines.
- Configure and deploy devices using Autopilot and manage them through Intune.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users on-site.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth integration of new business units into the corporate IT ecosystem.
- Track and report progress of integration milestones, incidents, and equipment lifecycle.
- Ensure all work aligns with FCC's security, compliance, and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or microcomputing roles.
- Hands-on experience with device provisioning tools such as Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments, endpoint troubleshooting, and equipment rollouts.
- Experience in equipment migration and supporting users during transitions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently on-site.
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working across multiple client sites.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 admin tools.
- Previous involvement in IT integration projects following mergers or acquisitions.
