Use the functions and settings for adjustment of contract conditions based on different adjustment rules (e.g. free adjustment, index-based adjustment, and adjustment measures)
Make use of sales-based rent agreements, sales reports, and sales- based settlement

Apply the functionality of service charge settlement, deploy the settlement infrastructure, analyze the settlement process and use the adjustment process for advanced payments
Understand the main configuration settings for adjustment of conditions, sales/based rent agreements, and service charge settlement and therefore has a good starting position to work in an implementation project
