What is the subscription duration?
The subscription lasts for 12 months from the activation date (not the payment date).
How many exam attempts are included?
You will receive 4 exam attempts.
What SAP certification can I choose from?
You can view available certifications on the portal: SAP Certification Portal.
How long is the system access available?
System access is unlimited, allowing you to practice without any time constraints.
What payment methods does K2 University offer?
You can pay via Stripe and use your credit or debit card, or you can make a bank transfer to one of our TransferWise accounts.
How long does it take for K2 University to receive my payment?
We’ll receive your Stripe payments straight away. Bank transfers take a few days, dependent on which country the money is sent from.
Do I need to pay VAT/sales tax?
For customers based in Italy or Germany, the applicable local VAT rate will be applied to the listed price. This applies whether or not the buyer provides a valid VAT number.
For customer based in USA, no sales tax will be applied to the listed price.
