Context
Our client is undergoing a significant transformation, with digital technologies positioned as key drivers of change. This transformation involves leveraging the extensive know-how, knowledge, and both structured and unstructured datasets within the Group. To facilitate this, our client has established a micro-startup which focuses on Generative AI through in-house or deployed applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to evaluate product functionality and performance.
- Implement testing automation framework for the applications in scope.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and verify that they are resolved.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Document and report defects and track them to resolution via our Agile Product Management tools Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Ensure that products or services adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes, and make recommendations for compliance.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve product design and functionality.
- Generate reports and metrics related to quality assurance activities.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and best practices
- Maintain documentation related to test plans, test cases, and process improvements.
- Validating data consistency between the front end user interface and back end databases to ensure a seamless user experienceParticipating in agile development processes and attending all scrum-related meetings
