Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP Content Developer to create high-impact, user-focused training and support materials for an ongoing SAP implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing training content using various formats (ILT, job aids, eLearning) and tools, including WalkMe, to support users across end-user training, integrated testing, and UAT phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Content Development:
Build and maintain high-quality SAP training content including:
Instructor-led training (ILT) decks
Facilitator guides
End-user job aids
Reference guides
eLearning modules (selectively)
WalkMe digital walkthroughs and in-app help
SAP Testing Support Materials:
Develop training content for SMEs involved in integrated testing and UAT.
Create test playbooks, scenario documentation, and defect tracking guides.
