We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM AMS Support Consultant to provide support for our US operations. This temporary position requires a consultant with 5-10 years of experience in SAP HCM, specifically in the areas of HR, payroll, and benefits processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and a user-focused approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing SAP HCM AMS support, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and offering guidance on HR, payroll, and benefits processes in the US.
Ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM systems for US HR and payroll, addressing user requests and providing solutions promptly.
Collaborate with HR, payroll, and benefits teams to gather requirements and support the system in line with business needs.
Assist in the configuration, testing, and support of SAP HCM functionalities.
Participate in identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensure that system enhancements are implemented effectively.
Serve as a point of contact for SAP HCM issues, working with business users to resolve system challenges and ensure a user-friendly experience.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in SAP HCM, with a focus on US HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
Proficiency in writing and speaking English is mandatory.
Strong user focus, with the ability to understand and address business needs through SAP HCM.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to HR and payroll operations.
Experience with US HR, payroll, and benefits processes is a plus.
Experience working in an AMS support environment and ITIL practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Hybrid work setup: Candidate must be able to work both remotely and in-office as needed.
