The Role:
As a Developer, you will be working with Architects, Product managers and senior developers to deliver key enhancements and features in the SAP Procurement products.
• Develop software using agile software engineering and clean code.
• Focus on quality assurance tasks of specific product features.
• Develop a cloud native solution based on SAP’s North Star technologies and frameworks.
.• Be part of a globally distributed group that has an enormous impact in the Enterprise Software industry on a global scale.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
• Develop software using agile software engineering and clean code. Good experience in developing web-based applications.
• Sound knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as Object-Oriented Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Database, Operating Systems
• Hands on developer with good expertise in Java
• Experience in developing, debugging and deploying software on large scale
• Experience writing production quality code
• Experience in developing and deploying applications using microservices would be a plus.
• Experience working with Git
• Good understanding of deployment environments, configuration of applications and change management principles
• Work experience on UI based technologies such as UI5, Angular, bootstrap, React etc.. OR Spring Boot is a plus
• Above all, you should have an open mind. As a developer in our unit, you need to be eager to develop application software for the Cloud.
