Qualifications:
● 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in systems engineering, systems architecture, or
infrastructure R&D.
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills; able to work effectively across technical and
non-technical teams (legal, finance, HR, executive management)
● Deep expertise in both Windows Server (16-22) and modern Linux distributions (e.g., Rocky, Ubuntu,
RHEL).
● Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere and virtualization tuning (e.g., CPU affinity, resource pools,
QoS).
● Proven track record of designing and benchmarking physical server platforms (e.g., Dell PowerEdge,
Supermicro, HPE, NVMe/SSD, Mellanox NICs).
● Strong background in automation (Ansible, PowerShell, Terraform) and scripting.
● Experience with infrastructure observability platforms (e.g., DataDog, Prometheus)
● Knowledge of time synchronization strategies and tools (e.g., PTP, Chrony, Greyware DomainTime)
● Familiarity with patch management tools and strategies for large Windows/Linux estates.
Preferred:
● Experience in financial services, low-latency systems, or high-performance computing/storage.
● Exposure to regulatory time sync and audit standards such as MiFID II RTS 25.
● Familiarity with cloud/hybrid infrastructure and containerization trends (AWS, ECS, WSL2, Docker).
● Experience integrating infrastructure systems with ITSM platforms (e.g., JSM, ServiceNow).
