As an Enterprise/Solution Architect in Finance Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of
L'Oréal's IT landscape. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will be responsible for aligning IT
strategy with business objectives, driving innovation, and ensuring architectural compliance across the
organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in enterprise architecture to drive
impactful change and contribute to L'Oréal's continued success in the dynamic beauty industry.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop
enterprise architecture strategies via business capabilities/process, data, application, technology, security
& privacy analysis that support L'Oréal's overall business goals.

Technology Evaluation: Research market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to identify
opportunities for innovation while taking into account of L’OREAL context in terms of business priorities,
enterprise blueprint, architectural principles, application portfolio as part of overall analysis and
recommend best of breed solutions that align with L'Oréal's long-term strategic objectives.

Enterprise Architecture Governance and Compliance: Drive enterprise architecture design authority
governance with project architects/managers to ensure architectural compliance and adherence to
industry best practices and L’OREAL architectural standard.

Architecture Guidance: Provide architectural guidance and recommendations for cloud solutions (Azure,
AWS, GCP), enterprise integration patterns (API, Event, ESB), and Business Intelligence (GCP) / Master Data
Management technologies.

Data Governance and Integration: Develop and implement data governance strategies to ensure data
quality, integrity, and security across L'Oréal's IT ecosystem.

Roadmap Planning: Lead and guide IT and business stakeholders in the development of target enterprise
capability blueprints and application roadmaps.
•
Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in enterprise
architecture and share your knowledge with the team to foster a culture of innovation and continuous
improvement.
