On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Functional Analyst Consultant
Project/Customer background:
The client is an Italian telecommunications company working with an SI we collaborate with. They are currently focused on recovering progress on key activities, particularly in the areas of Functional Analysis and Testing, with the goal of ensuring the planned go-live in September.
Current Phase:
The team is working on implementing a new Workforce Management (WFM) solution to replace the existing one. The SI proposed the NextGen platform, but the project is facing several critical issues: significant delays, major anomalies, and a product that is not yet as mature as the client had expected.
Duration: 6months + possible extention
Location:Â Hybrid + 4 days onsite (Busto Arsizio)
Language: Italian advanced
Expected Skill Set:
3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Able to understand the client's needs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Nice to have: Experience with projects with workforce management (WFM)
