  • Key Responsibilities

Craft, monitor, and maintain the program-level change assessment strategy, meeting with program GPOs through validation sessions to confirm critical inputs into our program level strategies and plans.

Responsible and accountable for developing the Site Readiness Strategy and Plan across each wave of the transformation, including driving all data collection efforts, crafting leader and associate level dashboards and executing all action planning to address deficient areas across ADKAR dispositions.

Accountable for executing site readiness activities across each wave, including travel to/from sites to collect data, analyzing information for change insights, determining ADKAR disposition, leading report outs to program leaders, global process owners, and others as appropriate to inform change mitigation plans. 

Serve as onsite site readiness lead for key sites, traveling to impacted sites to drive onsite readiness and engagement and partnering directly with site leadership teams to execute OCM for transformation projects and go live activities including hosting sessions, enabling the deployment of mock lines, communications collateral, hosting strategy workshops, delivering Tier III meeting updates, and providing demonstrations of tools.
