We are specifically looking for qualified candidates from the local market (Tijuana), if possible. Key qualifications include:
Understanding of hardware (label printers, office printers, monitors, PCs, network switches, etc.)
Basic operating system knowledge (Windows, Linux, iOS)
Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN, remote access, VPN, firewalls, etc.)
Familiarity with Microsoft products (Office 365, Visio, Teams, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and customer service skills (both written and verbal)
Availability for the following shifts:
Day Shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Night Shift (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
