Mission Objective
The primary objective of this role is to support the delivery and logistics of a series of risk assessments across Solvay’s functions leveraging a proprietary risk assessment methodology in line with ANSII EBIOS Risk Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
– Define the approach and plan to deliver the risk assessments across multiple Solvay’s business functions.
– Support and help structure applicable workshops in order to obtain the desired/defined outcome
– Ensure all the necessary documentation is well documented in line with defined templates
– Manage stakeholders interactions and logistics to ensure proper and timely delivery
– Provide periodical progress reports to the manager.
Required Skills and Experience
– Hands-on experience in cybersecurity environments.
– Hands on experience with Cyber Risk assessments leveraging methodologies in line with ANSII EBIOS RM
– Excellent English writing and oral skills.
– Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
– Experience writing and maintaining processes and documentation
– Comfortable leading decision making discussions that lead to consensus agreement
– Ability to work under pressure, autonomously and with minimal supervision.
– Ability to make judgement based on business environment and outcomes to be delivered
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse stakeholders.
– Motivated, with a genuine passion for continuous learning in cybersecurity.
– A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
– Familiar with cyber security standards (ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST 2.0, etc.).

– Approach and Plan documents for the defined risk assessments
– Defined Deliverables in line with Risk Assessments outcomes
– Manage stakeholders interactions and ensure proper delivery
– Periodical report on progress to manager
