Our customer is embarking on a strategic transition to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The aim is to optimize their business processes, improve cross-departmental information flow, and enhance data management capabilities. The roll out of the ERP (S/4HANA) and other SAP products is done in “Releases”, and each release contains at least one production Mill business go-live.
The program consists of a number of workstreams. This request is for a Workstream lead for “IT” to continue, and strengthen, the work. The role is responsible for the full delivery of the workstream and dependencies with other areas and ensuring the best solution – from a business and system perspective. The work will be done in close collaboration with other workstreams within the Atlas program.
Key Responsibilities:
· Report to Global Process Owner for IT and Atlas program management
· Plan and Lead the successful delivery of the project workstream “IT” including topics such as
o IT processes
o IT system decommissioning
o IT documentation
o IT change and receiving organization leadership
o IT support model/governance
o IT security and controls / roles
o IT training coordination
· Coordinate with other relevant workstreams in Atlas and in business
o Work closely and coordinate for other type of topics such as hypercare and business continuity
o Work closely and coordinate with our SI-partner (Deloitte)
· Provide and ensure context and expertise and ensure best possible solution, process and system.
o Not only including SAP, but also relevant integrated legacy systems and processes.
· Drive and ensure resolution/closure of identified solution gaps (process and system) together with SI-partner, business and IT team.
· Ensure stakeholder collaboration (for example reference groups), meeting forums and expectation management.
· Secure communication and collaboration with external stakeholders.
· Lead, plan work and coordinate resources within workstream
· Being an ambassador for the new solution
