On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Java Team Leader:
- Project/Customer background:
- The client in the Banking sector wants to add a Team Leader to the team.
- Current Phase:
- Enhancements and AMS
- Duration:
- 6 months
- Language:
- Italian fluent and English intermediate
- The activities will be:
- Experience in the technical leadership of a team of 5–6 people.
- Task assignment, monitoring of progress, and support for junior team members.
- Management of part of the offshore team (India).
- Previous experience in the banking sector and sales process management.
- Expected Skill Set:
- At least 5 years of experience in the role is required.
- Mandatory technical skills:
- Java,
- Spring Boot,
- Angular,
- Kafka
- Optional technical skills:
- Angular (already listed above; possibly meant to emphasize front-end skills)
