Mission / Scope
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in IT project management to lead the final phases of the Kinaxis Advanced Planning System implementation.
This is a major, multi-phase global project with significant investment and complexity with the aim to reshape our supply chain processes.
The project is already underway and preparations are being made to enter the first phase of deployment in Q4 2025.Â
The Project Manager will pick up the IT scope of the project from the existing PM and organize and drive the activities required for a successful go live and prepare the team and organization for the upcoming phases of further improvements.
Goals
– Ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer from the current project manager.
– Successfully lead the IT workstream through the initial go-live period
– Prepare the organization and project team for support activities post hyper care
– Organize subsequent deployment phases and future enhancements.
– Maintain project alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
– Foster effective communication among stakeholders and project teams.
– Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project continuity.
– Align internal IT stakeholders
Deliverables
– Updated project plan and timeline for the IT scope, reflecting current status and next steps.
– Go-live readiness evaluation and execution plan for the initial deployment.
– Regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders and steering committees.
– Roadmap for future phases and system enhancements, including resource and timeline estimates.
– Prepare different scenario's from a scope and budget perspective for discussion and evaluation by senior management.
Profile
– 10+ years experience in managing IT projects with a focus on applications is a must.
– Experience in Kinaxis or supply chain projects in general is a plus
– Languages: English – Mandatory / French is a plus
