supporting the M365, Teams and Copilot Services.
This role will provide consultation to clients on best practices using M365 applications,
data storage, assist with design and migration of data to SharePoint or Teams, and provide
Level 4 support and solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures
and use of M365 Applications, Teams and Copilot. You will need to have the ability to
exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for
understanding.
Must Have Skills: M365 Admin, SharePoint Admin, Microsoft Teams Admin and
Copilot Services
Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant
