Your responsibility
As a Business Architect, you are the link between business and technology. You are responsible for designing CRM solutions that meet both current and future needs and are a central player throughout the customer journey – from analysis and requirements to strategic design, implementation and validation.
Examples of tasks:
- Participate in CRM implementation projects from start to finish.
- Facilitate workshops and conduct analyses together with the customer's business to map needs, processes and goals.
- Design solution architecture and detailed specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related platforms (Power Platform, Azure).
- Identify and document business and user requirements and develop strategic roadmaps for CRM implementations and transformations.
- Work closely with development teams, project managers and customer stakeholders to ensure delivery on schedule and on budget.
- Ensure that solutions are technically feasible, commercially relevant, scalable and sustainable.
- Analyze processes, data and systems to find improvement opportunities and drive business development.
- Test, validate and follow up to ensure that the implemented solutions meet requirements and expectations.
- Contribute to internal improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
We are looking for you as:
- Have several years of experience, Minimum 5 but preferably 7+, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (especially Sales & Customer Service, but also Insights and Field Service), preferably in the role of Business Architect, Business Analyst or Systems Architect.
- Possess good knowledge of best practices within Dynamics CRM and stay up to date on news and industry trends.
- Has an understanding of both business processes and technical integration opportunities within Microsoft's cloud platforms.
- Is used to identifying customer needs, interpreting their requirements and translating them into business proposals.
- Has experience in producing documentation
- Such as Business Requirements Document & Use Case Document.
- The ability to design a Functional Requirements Document is also an advantage.
- Has experience in the consulting role and working based on project work methodology.
- Proficient in Swedish and English at a professional level, both spoken and written.
