Skills/Qualifications Education and Experience
- Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of combined experience in network engineering and systems architecture roles.
- Experience in Multi-Cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Technical Expertise
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS, VPC, Load Balancers, CloudFront, Lambda, WAF).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, standards, and design (BGP/eBGP, VPNs, DNS).
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewalls (Panorama, PCCSE/PCNSE certification preferred), and Cloudflare WAF.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform) and Python scripting.
- Experience with serverless architectures, containers, and orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including Meraki and
- Fortinet.
- Certifications
- AWS Advanced Networking Speciality certification (required).
- CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certification in networking.
- PCCSE/PCNSE for Palo Alto and NSE 4 or higher for Fortinet are assets.
- Other relevant technical certifications (Terraform, Python, etc.) are highly valued.
