OpenText Content Server Specialist
• What you will do:
You will implement and configure Open Text Content Server, Info Archive, Archive Center, Directory Services and Intelligent Viewer solutions to meet business requirements.
This solution is responsible for managing all types of content documents (physical and digital), ranging from invoices, contracts, agreements, legal documents etc .
You also perform Product Life Cycle Management as testing, change management, release management and support models including (CI/CD) deployment and Infrastructure as a code.
This includes troubleshooting to resolve system issues, develop and maintain system documentation and collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Open Text with other enterprise systems
– Follow The Sun (FTS) incident management support for all Archive Center including On call over weekends or after office hours.
– Provide system stakeholder reports and metrics with key performance indicators
– Execute DR and Cyber Recovery tests
• Required Qualifications
-Proven experience with Open Text products (Content Server, Info Archive, Archive Center, Directory Services and Intelligent Viewer)
-Strong understanding of ECM – Enterprise content management principle and practices
-Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies
-Expected CL levels are between 21-24
