About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Complex Project Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives in Customer & Experience Transformation, with a strong focus on the Process Industry Manufacturing sector. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end implementation and rollout of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ensuring seamless execution across complex industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale, complex MES implementation and rollout projects within the process manufacturing industry.
- Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- Drive customer and experience transformation initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and user experience.
- Manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and disciplines.
- Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Report regularly on project status, timelines, and deliverables to senior leadership and clients.
Required Qualifications
- Languages: Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Location: Ideally based in Switzerland or open to travel within the region.
- Industry Expertise: Solid experience in Process Industry Manufacturing.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Complex Project Manager, specifically in MES implementations and rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple systems and teams.
