Role Description
● About the company:

● Responsibility:
・ Test current products, identifying deficiencies and track defects using Defect Tracking Tool (JIRA)
・ Suggest solutions to identified product problems
・ Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
・ Plan QA schedule, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
・ Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
・ Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
・ Oversee continuous improvement projects
・ Collect quality data
・ Identify key KPIs for product quality
・ Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
● Requirements:
・ 5+ years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as
・ App testing, Functional testing, API testing, E2E testing, System testing, Automated Testing.
・ Full Software Testing Lifecycle experience with software QA tools and processes
・ Experience of test data creation and SQL queries writing (PostgreSQL & Oracle DB is preferred)
・ Experience in API testing & batch testing using Postman, WinScp, Putty and other API testing tools
・ Experience in testing of Mobile App applications
・ Knowledge of creating and verifying reports in MS Excel
・ Knowledge of agile methodologies such as scrum practices
・ Solid understanding of quality assurance best practice
・ Awareness of test automation and basic knowledge of tools such as Appium, Selenium are preferred (Not mandatory but consider as added advantage)
・ Strong analytical skills & keen attention to details
・ Flexible to adapt quickly to changing environment and change priorities accordingly
・ Knowledge of micro service architecture and development is a plus.
・ Excellent communication skills in English: verbal and written (Japanese is a plus)
・ Problem analysis and solving skills and Pro-activeness
