Responsibilities
As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Salesforce Deployment is required. Master level of proficiency in Deployment Countdown & Cutover Execution is recommended. Expert proficiency in Release Management is suggested.
