Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
Location: Either Singapore or The Philippines
Job Type: Contract and possibility to convert into perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary architect and technical lead on Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define solution architecture, roadmap, and integration strategy.
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and technical design sessions.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected marketing automation solutions using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, etc.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other platforms including Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud), CDPs, Data Warehouses, and web platforms.
- Guide and mentor implementation teams and ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and testing.
- Create and maintain solution documentation, data flow diagrams, and architecture artefacts.
- Support presales efforts, solution demos, and contribute to proposal development as needed.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with 3–5 years specifically in Marketing Cloud architecture.
- Prior experience in consulting or digital agencies working with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on expertise with AMPscript, SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and Data Extensions.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, data segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience in integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
- Marketing Cloud Developer
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or Real-Time Personalization tools.
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or public sector.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Candidate's Salary:
Singapore – 12K SGD per Month
The Philippines – 6K SGD per Month
