Functional/Technical Role – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with strong command of Journey Builder
- Expert in Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, and Design & Build Enablement
- Strong skills in Business Requirements Gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to analyze current state processes, gather and synthesize customer requirements, and define future state business solutions
- SME-level experience leading cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic decisions
- Experience developing and implementing strategies to optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilization
- Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions to elevate team skills and knowledge
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics for continuous improvement
- Solid understanding of integration strategies for seamless technology adoption across systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive innovation
