Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer. This role is critical for

implementing scalable and efficient solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, integrating with Data Cloud

where necessary, and enhancing service workflows to deliver exceptional customer support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop on Service Cloud solutions for case management workflows, service console,

entitlements, omni-channel, and automation.

• Build and customize using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce DX.

• Use Git for version control and DevOps collaboration.

• Implement Einstein for Service to enhance agent productivity, including features like Next Best

Action and AI-based suggestions.

• Leverage Service Analytics for reporting and dashboards to track key support metrics.

• Integrate with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer identity resolution and segmentation (add-on

capability).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose architecture, and deliver solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, ensure test coverage, and follow Salesforce best practices.

• Stay current with platform innovations and suggest relevant enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization.

• Solid command of case management, email-to-case, live agent, knowledge base, omni-

channel, and service console features.

• Proficient in custom development (Apex, LWC) and automation (Flows, Process Builder).

• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps workflows.

• Hands-on with Einstein for Service and Service Analytics is a must.

• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
