Experience:
- FSC Insurance –> Policy Transactions in SFI or Digital Insurance Hands-on knowledge of policy lifecycle management, including endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and the impact of these on billing and accounting processes.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB) Familiarity with Revenue Cloud’s Billing architecture and components, or adjacent experience in enterprise billing solutions.
- Working Knowledge of Double-Entry Accounting Conceptual understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, journal entries, and sub-ledger to general ledger flow.
- Experience in the Following Billing and Accounting areas. Any combination of these will be considered valuable. Does not need to be RCB:
- Billing schedules (recurring, milestone-based, usage-based)
- Payments, collections, and refund processing
- Invoice generation and lifecycle management
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Sub-ledger/Ledger
- Month-end close and accounting period management
- Cash flow management
- Financial reporting and reconciliation
- Revenue recognition rules and automation
- Salesforce Multi-Currency Experience supporting implementations with multi-currency
