Important Information:
The consultant must be available on-call during weekends and Brazilian public holidays.
Indian holidays will be covered by the team based in Brazil.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team, focused on providing robust support and maintenance for SAP systems. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, availability, and performance, while driving issue resolution, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage SAP Basis environments, ensuring high availability and system performance.
Handle incidents and problems by performing diagnostics and implementing effective solutions.
Apply system updates, patches, and corrections to maintain SAP platform stability.
Manage SAP system backups, disaster recovery procedures, and business continuity.
Optimize SAP applications, databases, and underlying infrastructure performance.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to deliver aligned solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SAP Basis Consultant with a strong focus on support and system operations.
Advanced knowledge of S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and SAP system architecture.
Experience in system performance monitoring and analysis.
Proficiency in SAP HANA, DB2, or SQL Server databases.
Familiarity with SAP tools such as SUM, DMO, and SAP Solution Manager.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, or SAP Cloud).
Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis and complex problem-solving.
Knowledge of high availability strategies and disaster recovery.
Differentials:
SAP Basis or SAP HANA certification.
Experience with RISE with SAP and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure automation for SAP.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies applied to SAP support.
