Our customer is looking for a Global SAP Business Project Manager. The S/4HANA program went live in 60 countries in mid 2024. 30 ERP's worlwide were moved to SAP which was a very complex task with tight deadlines. This lead to the fact that a lot of users around the world struggle to get accustomed to the processes and changes. Therefore, our customer needs to reshape these processes for their employees and around their products.Â
The successful candidate will be in close contact with the local Business Process Owners, help to structure the processes, create the same know-how level, establish the TO-BE and AS-IS, help to better understand the day-to-day-operations, discuss and develop solutions and help bringing the communities together (People Management).Â
Experience:Â
– 5+ years experience working as SAP Process Manager in Global organizations
– Extensive experience helping organizations defining/reshaping/implementing their processes within SAP S/4HANA environments
– Very strong background in the area of SAP S/4HANA Field Service Management/Service Orders/Service Business/Order-to-Cash processes
– Very good stakeholder management experience
