The Group HR Cost Controlling (HRCC) function of our customer is launching a significant transformation project to implement a new Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution. This powerful, unified tool will redefine our reporting and forecasting capabilities, particularly for the crucial upcoming Budget and Forecast cycles.
This EPM solution will be instrumental in:
– Consolidating employee details and costs across all brands and regions.
– Calculating future workforce evolution based on various assumptions and scenarios, leveraging actuals or previous planning cycles as a baseline.
– Supporting a flexible planning cycle, enabling both bottom-up contributions by country/region and top-down simulations by brand/group, all managed through an integrated approval workflow.
– The chosen technology stack for this exciting initiative is SAP BPC embedded in SAP BW/4HANA as the robust backend, with intuitive input screens developed in Analysis for Office and dynamic reporting in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) via live connection.
How You Will Contribute:
– Actively engage in design workshops, translating business needs into precise implementation details aligned with the customer's conventions and best practices.
– Leverage your functional expertise to optimize requirements, ensuring solutions fully capitalize on the capabilities of our chosen tools.
– Design and implement effective technical solutions within the EPM landscape.
– Lead and participate in rigorous unit testing to validate the accurate execution of complex business rules.
– Present innovative solutions to diverse stakeholders and champion user adoption across the organization.
Experience:
– 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BW, BIIP, or BPC, with a strong track record in developing robust reporting and planning solutions.
– Advanced knowledge of Analysis for Office for creating sophisticated input templates and reports.
– Highly proficient in SAC story creation, transforming data into compelling and actionable visualizations.
– Analytical thinker, expertly converting raw data into meaningful, actionable information.
– In-depth knowledge of HR reporting requirements and KPI analysis, understanding the nuances of workforce data.
